A few months ago, I received an E-Mail from a VP at Moneta, informing me that “an American Journalist” was interested in purchasing some Moneta cookware and could I contact her and help her acquire some cookware.
However, they neglected to tell me that Faith Willinger was living in the vicinity of Florence, Italy, and more importantly as to who she really was.

Faith Willinger Chef & Author
A few days ago, I received an E-Mail from Faith, informing me that she had received some cookware from Moneta and that she loved the pans to the point that she had written an article in the Atlantic Monthly On-Line about her experiences.
At this point I decided to find out: “who is Faith Willinger and why would she write about Moneta ?”
Rather than subject you to the fruits of my investigation, here is a link to her biography : Atlantic Monthly and then type her name under “Search” FAITH WILLINGER and her entire life flashes before you.
As you will note she has devoted her life to searching under every truffle in Italy to find the best food and the recipes that produce authentic Italian food. Additionally, she is apparently a prolific author and has authored a number of cookbooks, which I have not read, but now I shall be forced to go to the Amazon and begin ordering.
On our Home page you will note that under “Who is Using Moneta?”, a link to her Web site is enabled. Take a few minutes to visit with a renaissance Expatriate and really savior what it means to be really passionate about a country and the culture therein.
Thank you Faith, we want more recipes, comments and a taste of Italy !
