Moneta's Pro-Ceramica Skillets are round, with a curved or right-angled rim, with two cast iron metal handles, fairly shallow. Ideal for cut-up and braised, stewed or roast dishes. Useful for simmering or steaming food. Can be used either in the oven or on the stove top. Smaller skillets diameters are suitable for cooking casseroles, small meat dishes and vegetables.
